Accessibility statement
Azure Home Loans designs this marketing site so more people — including keyboard-only users and readers who zoom on phones — can get to the enquiry form quickly. Lending itself still happens through verbal discussion and regulated credit documents, not through this brochure content alone.
What works well today
- A Skip to main content link appears when you press Tab — it jumps past the header chrome.
- A Skip to contact link jumps to footer contact blocks for quicker phone and email discovery.
- Visible focus outlines on interactive controls (not only mouse hovers).
- Mobile layout keeps bottom actions within safe-area insets on notched phones.
Known limitations
Broker marketing sites often integrate third-party widgets (maps, calendars, embedded video). Those components can lag the rest of the page on semantic markup or contrast. PDFs lenders issue are not authored here. If any of that blocks you, tell us and we will arrange a parallel phone or email pathway.
Conformance goal
We continuously improve templates against WCAG 2.2 Level AA checkpoints where they apply to layout, colour, typography, navigation, and form labels. Formal legal compliance depends on auditing scope — this statement documents intent and practical support pathways.
Request adjustments
Write to bishnu@azurehomeloans.com.au or use the enquiry form with subject line Accessibility. Include the page URL, what broke (for example zoom level, browser, voice control), and the format you prefer. We usually respond on business days within the timeframe described on Contact.
